Next, I’ll Walk you through the entire home buying process. I want you to understand each part clearly. I used to be a certified peer counselor, so explaining things in a way that makes sense, and checking in often to make sure you’re comfortable, is something I take to heart. There are no silly questions with me. Ask anything. I mean it.

We’ll also go over what it takes to get pre-approved, what kind of homes might fit your needs and budget, and how to prepare for touring homes. I’ll explain what to expect during inspections, appraisals, and all the other steps leading up to closing. I know that might sound like a lot, but trust me, when you have someone by your side who truly cares, it’s so much easier.

Something else I’ll share with you is my network. I love being a connector. Whether you need a lender, a contractor, a dog groomer, or just someone who gets it, I probably know someone. I stay involved in the community through events like Dog Days of Spanaway, vision board classes, pet photo days, and first-time buyer workshops. That means I stay connected to great people and resources I can refer you to.
